Calusa Bank Main Branch

The design of a main branch bank building including the surrounding site. It is a 13,000 square foot two-story project building along with interior design, site traffic and parking lot layout. This is an atrium building with the first floor lobby open to the second floor. Construction completed 2009.
Gulfstream Clubhouse

Contractor : Heatherwood Construction / Core Construction Joint Venture.
An 18,000 square foot clubhouse to replace two, obsolete, thirty plus year old clubhouses currently in use in an existing development. The new building will be a hurricane shelter. The project features a 5,000 square foot main assembly hall and a secondary 1,700 square foot meeting room, a commercial kitchen, a hair-care salon, an 800 square foot exercise area, an activity manager=s office suite and a conference area for the homeowners association. The plan organization responds to two, relatively new, 3,000 square foot, existing swimming pools and decks, which will remain. Construction completed in February 2015.
