The project consisted of a new design for the reconstruction of five, two story, town house buildings, including one twelve unit building and four ten unit buildings destroyed by Hurricane Charlie. Each of the 52 units is two stories with 1,200 square feet gross air conditioned space, and includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, powder room, screened lanai, second level deck and a covered entry area. Construction completed in 2007.
